The client asked for the area of the space inside the room. I asked whether the doorways counted as inside. He asked whether I could invoice the question separately. I have measured what can be measured and left a gap for the rest.
The instrument allocation cites a reference article as proof that the room is suitable. Before relying on that article, consult the reference office’s citation correspondence. A source that points back at its own invoice is not necessarily a source.
